VibeSolve started as an experiment in understanding how LLMs can be incorporated into optimisation. We are building it as an AI tool that assists in optimisation development, delivering strong results at a lower token cost by embedding domain expertise and experience into a specialised AI-driven workflow with customisable models.
While LLMs have many limitations, VibeSolve can help bridge the gap between optimisation specialists and non-technical business experts.
Driven by the open-source community, our goal is to make optimisation more accessible.

Limitations
VibeSolve is an AI tool with all the limitations inherent in AI systems. Trustworthy AI is more important than ever. While we used our optimisation expertise and existing AI tools to build VibeSolve, it still can’t replace an optimisation specialist. Be aware that VibeSolve can hallucinate methods, use incorrect Timefold annotations, misinterpret business requirements and oversimplify complex problems.
We advise using VibeSolve as an experimentation tool, while remaining cautious about potential mistakes. Domain experts need to be involved in developing production-ready solutions.
